Portraying in Portraits

I never really thought of portraits as something that could be complicated..
but this was by far the hardest assignment yet,
directing people isn't the easiest thing to do.
It can be a little hard to try and voice to people
what you want them to see when you're behind the camera.
but, I'm very pleased with the turnout.

Think outside the box..

This is was an assignment that was given to stretch our minds,
and see how creative we could be..

My teach wanted us to "shoot normal things, abnormally."
I wish I had a little bit more time, because most of my shots were taken
the day we had to print, but I think I got some good ones!

B&W Photos

This year I started my first semester at City College
taking a Black and White photo class.
Here are some of my prints, a majority of them are class assignments
and the portraits are just for fun!

Paper or plastic?

Here are a series of collages I did, about a year ago.

In all of them I used brown paper bags, cut-outs from

old national geographics from the 60's and 70's,

and various other magazines.
